Fever, Madrid-based leader in culture and live entertainment tech, is seeking a Senior Business Solutions Lead to drive strategic initiatives and enhance operational efficiency across 50+ countries. You will shape AI strategy, own the lifecycle of in‑house tools, and collaborate with multiple departments.

Ideal candidates hold a STEM master’s, 5+ years in strategy/ops or transformation, and are fluent in English with a passion for data‑driven change.

Formación

• Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM).
• 5+ years of experience in Strategy/Operations Consulting, Start-up/Scale-up Strategy, or Corporate Transformation.
• Comfortable using AI coding tools to build internal tools.
• Curious, self‑motivated, and eager to explore new technologies.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data‑driven decision making.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to review processes, identify errors, and implement improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑functional collaboration and diverse audiences.
• English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive strategic initiatives that change how teams operate and guide projects end‑to‑end within Fever.
• Contribute to the AI strategy definition, implementation, and success tracking.
• Lead the lifecycle of in‑house tools, systems, and processes to meet strategic objectives.
• Conduct audits to streamline team requirements and boost efficiency.
• Align business needs with technological and operational solutions by managing key tools and procedures.
• Own key processes and collaborate with department managers across 50+ countries from day one.
