This backend engineer role focuses on building scalable systems that power AI across Fever’s product engineering organization, with emphasis on production ownership and measurable outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years building and operating production software with end‑to‑end ownership.
• Strong software design fundamentals: testing, patterns, clean architecture.
• Backend depth: RESTful APIs, relational databases and SQL, distributed patterns behind high‑traffic services.
• Full production ownership: CI/CD, observability, infrastructure.
• Proficient business English.

Responsabilidades

• Build agent harnesses, sub‑agents, guardrails and evaluation systems for reliable output.
• Own knowledge base and delivery substrate; manage cloud dev environments and CI runtime.
• Develop AI across squads to remove friction in planning, coordination and communication.
• Create measurement systems with baselines, before/after comparisons and metrics to ship on signal.
• Optimize inference economics: model routing, prompt caching, and choosing hosted vs frontier models.
• Maintain production quality through design patterns, CI/CD and observability.
