Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, seeks a Content & Training Specialist to own our Help Center and training library. You will craft high-impact training content, scripts, and videos to empower internal teams and partners, using AI tools to scale production.

You’ll run live trainings, design repeatable programs, and coordinate localization with translation teams to ensure consistency across languages.

About The Role

We're looking for someone to take ownership of how partners and internal teams learn our product, and to keep raising the bar on clarity and quality as they do it. You'll be the driving force behind how we teach, document, and train, from the Help Center partners turn to first, to the videos and live sessions that get new hires up to speed. You'll turn briefs from our Product and Product Marketing teams into content and training that's clear, engaging, and genuinely self serve, and you'll use AI tools every day to produce scripts, articles, and training decks quickly and to a high standard.

Day to day, this means you'll:

• Own and grow the Fever Help Center, and build and maintain our tutorial video library, scripting and producing a clear walkthrough for every feature.
• Run on demand product trainings for new hires in Partner Management and Business Development, train a go to trainer within each team, and design simple, repeatable training programs around recurring partner inquiries.
• Coordinate localization by preparing clean source content and managing the workflow with our Translation team and AI tools, keeping everything consistent across languages.

About You

Basic skills and qualifications

• Excellent English, written and spoken.
• AI fluency: you already use AI tools to produce high-quality content fast, and you are eager to push that further.
• Experience in or exposure to B2B SaaS (an internship counts). It gives you an instinct for what good product education looks like.
• Relevant experience in technical content creation, documentation, customer education, or training. This role is open to early-career and mid-level candidates.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; you can manage many small content pieces and keep them consistent.
• Strong presentation and public-speaking skills, with genuine comfort leading live trainings and train-the-trainer sessions.
• A high sense of ownership and a hands-on, bar-raising mindset.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills And Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Zendesk's content management system, or another knowledge-base / CMS platform.
• Prior experience producing customer-facing educational content or tutorial videos.
• Video creation and editing (Camtasia or similar).
• Spanish or other languages.
• Exposure to marketplaces or the live-events / ticketing space.
• A strong willingness to thrive in a leading, very fast-paced tech environment.
