Fever in Madrid seeks a Senior Software Engineer to lead AI-driven product engineering initiatives. You will build agent harnesses, sub-agents, and evaluation tooling, shipping production-ready AI features across Fever’s platforms.

You will own CI/CD pipelines, observability, and the delivery substrate, partnering with squads to reduce friction and improve performance. Strong experience with LLM applications and end-to-end ownership is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years building and operating production software at meaningful scale.
• Strong software design fundamentals, testing, and clean architecture.
• Proficient in RESTful APIs and SQL with distributed patterns.
• End-to-end production ownership including CI/CD and observability.
• Experience shipping LLM-based applications to production.

Responsabilidades

• Build and improve the agentic harnesses, sub‑agents, guardrails, tools, and verification.
• Develop a knowledge-base substrate used across the Fever organization.
• Own the delivery substrate and autonomous rails: CI/CD, environments, tooling.
• Apply AI to improve squad workflows and remove friction.
• Measure impact with baselines and metrics like lead time and adoption.
