Fever is a world-leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, building AI-driven tools across Product Engineering to scale across 55+ countries. This backend engineering role focuses on robust, production-grade systems, with AI capabilities layered on top of solid software fundamentals.

Formación

• 5+ years building and operating production software at meaningful scale, with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong software design fundamentals: testing, design patterns, clean architecture.
• Backend depth: RESTful APIs, relational databases and SQL, distributed and event-driven patterns behind high-traffic services.
• Full production ownership: CI/CD, observability, infrastructure. "Done" means healthy in production, not merged.
• Proficient business English.

Responsabilidades

• Build agentic harness, sub-agents, guardrails, and verification systems that produce high-quality, trustworthy output.
• Develop the shared knowledge substrate agents read from and write into, growing it across Fever.
• Own cloud dev environments, CI runtime, and autonomous-delivery rails for fast, reliable deployments.
• Improve AI integration across squads to reduce friction in planning, coordination, and communication.
• Construct evaluation and metrics systems to ensure changes ship on signal, not vibes.
• Optimize AI workflows for speed and cost: model routing, prompt caching, self-hosted vs frontier models.
