Lever, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Product Specialist for the PIX4Dcatch product, based in Spain. You will be the voice of the customer, translating feedback into product improvements and supporting adoption across enterprise accounts.

You will collaborate with developers, UX designers, product managers, and commercial teams to ensure new features meet real-world needs, participate in beta testing, and help coordinate releases with clear customer communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with geospatial focus, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years in B2B SaaS, Associate PM, Technical Support, CS, or Product Ops.
• Excellent written and verbal English at C2 level.

Responsibilities

• Serve as product expert for PIX4Dcatch, investigating and resolving issues for enterprise customers.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to product managers and designers.
• Coordinate beta-testing with key B2B customers and organize follow-up discussions.
