Lever, Inc. is seeking a Product Designer based in Spain for a fully remote, full-time role. You will shape products from early problem definition through launch and iteration, collaborating with product and engineering across web, mobile, widgets, and portals.

The role blends product thinking, UX, visual design, prototyping, and design systems in a hands-on environment, with emphasis on asynchronous collaboration and AI-assisted workflows.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional product design experience in SaaS or software environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma including components and Auto Layout.
• Experience from flow mapping to pixel-level UI design.
• Strong product judgment to improve concepts early.
• Experience with data-dense desktop and native mobile designs.
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong visual design fundamentals: typography, color, grids, layout, iconography.
• Attention to detail and ability to resolve visual inconsistencies.
• Systems mindset with reusable design patterns.
• Excellent written/asynchronous communication; self-directed.
• Adaptability to AI-assisted workflows and new tools.
• Overlap with core team of at least 4 hours.

Responsabilidades

• Own product design initiatives end to end from problem definition to post-launch iteration.
• Collaborate with product leaders, engineers, and designers to define direction.
• Design across desktop web, native iOS/Android, widgets, and portals.
• Create and maintain Figma libraries and design-system patterns.
• Develop interactive prototypes to accelerate learning and decisions.
• Review builds with engineering to prevent design drift.
• Conduct user research and usability testing; translate feedback into direction.
• Communicate design thinking via written specs and asynchronous formats.
• Manage priorities independently across multiple product areas.
• Refine mature experiences while adding new features without disruption.
