Job summary

PIX4D SA is seeking a Product Specialist to act as a voice-of-customer within the product team, ensuring B2B customers adopt PIX4Dcatch and derive maximum value. You will provide technical support and documentation, and translate feedback into actionable insights for the roadmap.

You will work with clients, developers, UX designers, and product managers, supporting sales, training and customer success, while coordinating beta tests and feature updates across our product suite.

Qualifications

• Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, geospatial focus preferred.
• Typically 2–4 years in B2B SaaS in Associate PM, Technical Support, Customer Success or Product Operations.
• Fluent English (C2), both spoken and written.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Hubspot, Mixpanel.
• GIS experience, RTK rovers, and mobile app lifecycle a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support: troubleshoot customer issues for PIX4Dcatch enterprise users and report bugs.
• Release Rollout: inform sales/marketing/customer success about new features and updates.
• Drive Feedback Loop: coordinate beta-testing and capture customer insights for product.
• Support Data-Driven Decisions: monitor adoption and usage to guide roadmap.
• Product Expert: serve as internal SME for PIX4Dcatch across teams.
• Product Development: coordinate low-complexity features with defined scope.
