Silaexpert is seeking a Product Manager to shape ERP solutions for the Spanish market, collaborating with stakeholders, customers, and engineering to translate needs into a compelling roadmap and successful releases.

You will analyze regulatory requirements, coordinate go-to-market efforts with Marketing and Sales, and drive adoption while improving the user experience. Native Spanish and strong English or French support international teamwork.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in SaaS or ERP solutions.
• Experience working with accounting firms in Spain (asesorías y despachos profesionales).
• Knowledge of accounting or tax processes is a plus.
• Experience in product launches or go-to-market initiatives would be an advantage.
• Experience with AI-powered solutions is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working collaboratively in an international environment.
• Native Spanish speaker with professional proficiency in English or French.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze customer, market, and stakeholder needs to identify opportunities and define valuable product solutions.
• Define and manage the product roadmap and backlog, balancing business priorities, customer feedback, regulatory requirements, and technical constraints.
• Drive the evolution of the product offering and contribute to the definition of solutions tailored to different customer segments.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Customer Support, Sales, and ERP Consultants, to ensure successful product adoption and continuous improvement.
• Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and continuously identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
