Job summary

Capitole in Barcelona seeks a Product Owner / Project Manager - ServiceNow to drive the evolution of the ServiceNow ITSM platform. You will connect business requirements with technical teams, prioritize the backlog, and deliver platform enhancements across regions.

The role combines product ownership, project management, and ServiceNow expertise, with governance and CMDB focus. You will engage with business, IT, security, and multiple stakeholders to enable data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in IT environments.
• Experience managing ServiceNow as a Product Owner, Project Manager, Platform Owner, ServiceNow Consultant or similar role.
• Hands-on experience managing backlog, priorities, roadmap and platform enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM.
• Experience with ITIL processes, particularly Incident, Change, Request and Configuration Management.
• Experience with CMDB Management and Governance, including data quality and consistency.
• CSDM knowledge is highly valued.
• Experience gathering and analysing business requirements and coordinating their implementation with technical teams.
• Knowledge of Service Catalog, workflows, integrations and/or automation within ServiceNow.
• Strong experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, technical teams and vendors.
• Experience working in international and matrix environments.

You will be responsible for driving the evolution of ServiceNow as an ITSM platform, connecting business needs with technical teams and ensuring the right prioritization and delivery of platform improvements.
