Banco Santander SA is seeking a Product Manager for the Dealer Ecosystem within the Global Auto Domain. This role is based in Boadilla del Monte, Spain, with a hybrid work model.

The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing dealer journeys and improving customer interactions while driving innovation and seamless financing solutions. Candidates should have extensive experience in digital product management and automotive finance distribution.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in digital product management or omnichannel finance.
• 8+ years of experience in automotive finance distribution or dealer ecosystems.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design and optimise end-to-end dealer journeys.
• Define workflows for deal creation and performance management.
• Identify best dealer journeys and scale globally.
