Job summary

Openbank, the digital consumer bank of Santander Group, seeks a seasoned Key Account Manager to lead strategic partnerships with automotive OEMs from Madrid. You will maximize business growth, optimize financial product performance, and enhance dealer network effectiveness through cross‑functional collaboration and data‑driven initiatives.

The role demands extensive experience with OEMs/dealer networks, a solid business analytics background, and the ability to influence senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience within automotive sector, consumer finance, retail banking, or large account management.
• Experience collaborating with automotive dealer networks and/or vehicle manufacturers.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• English language required.
• Hard skills: OEM & Key Account Management, Commercial Negotiation, Dealer Network Performance Management, Business Analytics & KPI Monitoring.
• Soft skills: strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, negotiation, strategic mindset, analytical skills, proactive, autonomous, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with OEM partners and senior stakeholders.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, financial conditions, and business targets.
• Monitor dealer network performance and drive KPI achievement.

As a Key Account Manager you will drive the strategic partnership with automotive OEMs, maximizing business growth, financial product performance, and dealer network effectiveness. • Professional Experience A minimum of 8 years of professional experience within the automotive sector, consumer finance, retail banking, or large account management (required)
