The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing dealer journeys and improving customer interactions while driving innovation and seamless financing solutions. Candidates should have extensive experience in digital product management and automotive finance distribution.

• 8+ years of experience in digital product management or omnichannel finance.
• 8+ years of experience in automotive finance distribution or dealer ecosystems.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish preferred.

You will shape how customers access financing across dealer networks, OEM ecosystems, and direct-to-consumer channels, while improving dealer productivity, customer experience, conversion, and retention.We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:• Design and optimise end-to-end dealer journeys across in-store, digital, and remote channels. • Enable seamless handoffs between dealer, customer, OEM, and Santander systems, ensuring consistent experiences across markets and dealer types. • Define intuitive workflows for deal creation, simulation, submission, performance management, and incentives. • Reduce friction and complexity in dealer interactions, improving productivity, conversion, and time-to-deal. • Identify best-in-class dealer journeys across markets and scale them into reusable global capabilities. • Embed AI-enabled capabilities such as deal recommendations, next-best-action prompts, and assisted deal structuring to enhance dealer support and commercial outcomes.## WHAT YOU’LL BRINGOur people are our greatest strength.
