You will mentor engineers, drive best practices, and coordinate with senior management to align with business objectives. The role emphasizes leadership in a matrixed environment, quality standards, and successful product launches across platforms

Formación

Experience leading software engineering teams in a commercial product setting.
Proven ability to design, implement and deliver software solutions at scale.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern DevOps practices.
Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership in a matrixed organization.
