Experis Manpower Group in Madrid is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead cross‑functional software teams within our Technology Hub. You will drive delivery, quality, and architectural direction across product lines, balancing technical excellence with business goals.

The role combines hands‑on software leadership with people management in a hybrid environment, offering visibility, growth, and the chance to shape processes and technology strategy within a global organization.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in engineering management.
• Hands-on with modern software development practices, agile methodologies, DevOps, and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience delivering software using agile methodologies and iterative delivery models.
• Proven experience leading software engineering teams in a product‑oriented environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English and Spanish.
• Understanding of secure development practices and compliance frameworks (ISO27001, GDPR, SOC2).

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop high‑performing software engineering teams.
• Drive on-time, on-budget delivery and quality of engineering projects.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and other teams to identify risks and resolve blockers.
• Ensure engineering work meets quality, security, and reliability standards before release.
• Support agile delivery and cross‑functional collaboration across teams.
• Promote engineering excellence through code quality oversight, CI/CD, and documentation.
