Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Technical Lead / Engineering Manager in a hybrid setup, combining hands-on software delivery with people management. You will lead a specialized engineering team, drive critical projects, and ensure high-quality software delivery aligned with business goals.

The role requires deep expertise in .NET Core, microservices, Azure PaaS, and modern CI/CD and IaC tools. You will collaborate with stakeholders to shape architecture and ensure robust testing and documentation.

Formación

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent technical background.
• Proven experience leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and delivering agile projects.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core, microservices design patterns, and scalable app development.
• Hands-on or oversight experience with ADO Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Deep knowledge of Azure PaaS and core cloud services.
• Ability to bridge high-level technical decisions with practical execution and optimization.
• Nice-to-have familiarity with modern data platforms like Databricks and Data Lakes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team, driving career development, performance reviews, and agile delivery.
• Balance technical oversight and architecture with team management, coordinating with stakeholders and other engineering verticals.
• Design and oversee robust backend applications and microservices using .NET Core.
• Define and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) and Terraform-based IaC.
• Architect scalable cloud solutions leveraging Azure PaaS and core enterprise services.
• Oversee rigorous software testing, code quality standards, and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Drive technical strategy, resolve blockers, and manage cross-functional technical initiatives.
