Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Tech Lead Engineer to join our Barcelona tech hub in a hybrid role focusing on people leadership and hands-on delivery. You will drive backend architecture, mentor engineers, and align technical work with business goals.

Responsibilities include leading a multidisciplinary team, shaping CI/CD with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, designing .NET Core microservices, and managing cloud infrastructure with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Azure PaaS services.

Formación

• Experience leading technical teams, managing agile processes, mentoring engineers, and fostering collaboration.
• Strong backend development with .NET Core and microservices experience.
• Proven ability to bridge architecture decisions with practical execution and team management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team focusing on career development and agile delivery.
• Design and oversee robust backend applications and microservices using .NET Core.
• Define and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) and infrastructure with Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Architect scalable cloud solutions leveraging Azure PaaS and core services.
