Skillsearch is seeking a hands‑on Head of Product Development to lead both Product and Engineering for a portfolio of live mobile games in Barcelona. The role combines strategy, architecture, experimentation and direct code involvement to drive player engagement and monetisation.

The candidate will own product and technical decisions, lead a lean multidisciplinary team, and champion AI‑driven development with a focus on efficiency and performance.

Formación

• Experience in software engineering with leadership.
• Mobile gaming or gaming tech background.
