Appodeal, Inc. seeks a Head of Product Development to own both product and engineering for all mobile gaming titles. You’ll ship hands-on work, set the standard with PRDs, and grow a lean team of engineers, designers, and QA in a fast-moving environment.

You will lead AI-driven development, optimize retention and revenue metrics, and drive scalable systems across Unity game clients and backend services. Remote-friendly with Barcelona presence.

Formación

• 8+ years in software engineering with senior leadership in mobile gaming or mobile product.
• Hands-on in both product and engineering—you write PRDs and code.
• Strong Unity (C#) expertise and mobile game backend understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve product strategy for games portfolio with KPI focus.
• Own PRDs, roadmaps, experiments, and product hypotheses; author major bets.
• Lead technical direction: game clients, backend, release pipeline, tooling.
• Drive AI adoption across product and engineering with measurable outcomes.
