Tripledot Studios in Barcelona seeks a Product Lead to own the product strategy for a mobile game or a major live area. You will translate player behavior, game performance and market data into a clear roadmap, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to launch, measure and iterate monetisation models that drive growth.

You’ll own KPIs, run A/B tests, optimise hybrid monetisation, and guide live-ops decisions.

Formación

• Significant product management experience within mobile games.
• Strong analytical skills and a track record of data-driven decisions.
• Experience with live-game optimisation, experimentation and A/B testing.
• Experience in mobile-game monetisation; hybrid monetisation experience is a plus.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and ownership in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product strategy, roadmap and priorities for a mobile game or major live area.
• Use player behaviour, game performance and market data to identify opportunities and make decisions.
• Define, prioritise and evaluate A/B tests across monetisation, gameplay, progression and level performance.
• Optimize monetisation systems across in-app purchases and advertising.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, artists and analysts to translate goals into execution.
• Partner with user acquisition to understand marketability and support launches and scaling.
• Establish success metrics, monitor KPIs and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Support a Product Analyst as the team evolves.
