Grey Matter Recruitment is partnering with a leading Mobile AdTech to hire a Head of Product Development in Barcelona. You will lead the Gaming Product team, shaping AI-enabled product strategy and transforming how products are discovered and built.

You will drive a consumer-focused product roadmap, embed AI into development, and mentor PMs and cross-functional leads in a fast-growing, international team.

Formación

• Experience leading Product teams in a high-growth technology business.
• Strong background in Product Strategy and Product Development.
• Passion for AI and its practical application within Product organisations.
• Experience building consumer-facing digital products.
• Commercial mindset with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• A collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop high-performing Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Define product vision, strategy and long-term roadmap.
• Embed AI into product discovery, planning and execution.
• Champion experimentation and data-driven product development.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design and Data leadership.
• Drive commercial outcomes through customer-centric innovation.
• Build scalable product processes for a fast-growing business.
