Ayesa Engineering in Sevilla is seeking a Procurement and Facilities Specialist to drive vendor management, contracts, and international tenders across multiple countries. You will coordinate procurement processes, facilities management, and budget oversight in a high-responsibility role.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field, at least five years in procurement and facilities, strong Excel skills, and a results-driven mindset to support global projects

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related dual degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement and facilities management.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Vendor management, contract negotiation, procurement processes, and facilities coordination.
• Manage preparation, monitoring, evaluation, and launch of international tenders and RFPs.
• Analyze expenditure, prepare budgets, and monitor budget performance.
• End-to-end office management, space optimization, cost-saving initiatives, and refurbishment projects.

You will work in collaboration with experts from different disciplines, providing your technical expertise in projects with a high level of responsibility.

We are looking for professionals with a strong technical background and a commitment to excellence:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (ADE) or Double Degree in Business Administration and Law.
• At least 5 years of experience in Procurement and Facilities Management at both national and international levels.
• Advanced Excel skills
