AYESA ENGINEERING is seeking a Procurement and Facilities Specialist based in Sevilla with a hybrid work arrangement. The role supports international operations across 15+ countries, collaborating with cross-disciplinary experts to deliver high-responsibility projects.

The candidate will manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and end-to-end procurement and facilities activities, ensuring cost control and efficient office management in a global context.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (ADE) or Double Degree in Business Administration and Law.
• At least 5 years of experience in Procurement and Facilities Management at national and international levels.
• English level: C1.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Vendor management, contract negotiation, procurement processes, and facilities coordination.
• Manage the preparation, monitoring, evaluation, and launch of international tenders and RFPs.
• Analyze expenditure, prepare budgets, and monitor budget performance.
• End-to-end office management, space optimization, cost-saving initiatives, and office refurbishment and fit-out projects.
