Ayesa Engineering is seeking a seasoned international finance professional to drive consolidation, reporting, and IFRS-compliant financial processes across its multi-country operations. You will lead local finance teams, develop forecasting models, and support audits in a fast-paced, global environment.

The role emphasizes strong analytical capabilities, Big Four background, and readiness to relocate as part of an international team.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Double Degree preferred.
• 5–15 years of experience in consolidation, audit, or financial reporting.
• Previous experience in Big Four firms is essential, with a focus on corporate finance roles.
• English level: C1

Responsabilidades

• Develop financial analyses and forecasting models to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate and develop local finance teams.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure proper application of accounting standards (IFRS).
• Analyze variances and prepare reports for senior management.
• Participate in internal and external audit processes.
• Support continuous improvement of tools, processes, and controls within the department.
• Collaborate on special projects such as integrations, acquisitions, and financial system.

As part of our specialized Global Finance team, you will contribute to the continued expansion and development of our international operations across more than 15 countries.

You will work in collaboration with experts from different disciplines, providing your technical expertise in projects with a high level of responsibility.

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for professionals with a strong technical background and a commitment to excellence:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Double Degree preferred.
• 5–15 years of experience in consolidation, audit, or financial reporting
• Previous experience in Big Four firms is essential, with a focus on corporate finance roles
• English level: C1
