AYESA ENGINEERING in Sevilla seeks a Procurement and Facilities Specialist to support international operations across more than 15 countries. You will manage vendor relationships, contracts, procurement processes, and facilities coordination in a hybrid Sevilla environment.

The role emphasizes end-to-end tender management, budgeting, and office refurbishment projects, with analysis-driven decision making. Fluent English and advanced Excel are required for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (ADE) or Double Degree in Business Administration and Law.
• At least 5 years of experience in Procurement and Facilities Management at both national and international levels.
• English level: C1
• Advanced Excel skills

Responsabilidades

• Vendor management, contract negotiation, procurement processes, and facilities coordination.
• Manage the preparation, monitoring, evaluation, and launch of international tenders and RFPs.
• Analyze expenditure, prepare budgets, and monitor budget performance
• End-to-end office management, space optimization, cost-saving initiatives, and office refurbishment and fit-out projects

As part of our specialized Procurement and facilities team, you will contribute to the continued expansion and development of our international operations across more than 15 countries.

You will work in collaboration with experts from different disciplines, providing your technical expertise in projects with a high level of responsibility.

We are looking for professionals with a strong technical background and a commitment to excellence:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (ADE) or Double Degree in Business Administration and Law.
• At least 5 years of experience in Procurement and Facilities Management at both national and international levels.
• English level: C1
• Advanced Excel skills
