GMV Spain is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to manage end-to-end purchasing for multiple projects, coordinating with engineering and project teams to define procurement needs and negotiate with suppliers. The role includes license transfers and handling supplier services to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

• Experience with modern standard COTS computing/networking hardware and COTS software.
• Proficient in MS Office toolset.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to define procurement needs (equipment, HW/SW components, licenses).
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers for best technical and economic conditions.
• Coordinate full end-to-end procurement process from need identification to order issuance and follow-up.
• Report to project responsables on purchase requests status.
• Manage issues related to defective or non-compliant materials, supporting resolution with suppliers.
• Transfer software licenses to final customers and manage supplier services.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to define procurement needs (equipment, HW/SW components, licenses, etc.)..
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers, seeking the best technical and economic conditions.
• Coordinate the full end-to-end procurement process, from need identification to order issuance and follow-up
• Reporting to project responsibles on purchase requests status

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

We are looking for candidates with experience in working with modern standard COTS computing/networking hardware and COTS software, either in purchasing/selling or integration/configuration of these products. Additionally, candidates should have proficiency level working with the MS Office toolset. We will also value:

• Familiarity with the Atlassian Jira/Confluence toolset.
• Knowledge of COTS software licenses, licensing, and dimensioning.
