AYESA ENGINEERING in Madrid is seeking a senior International Finance professional to join our Global Finance team. You will develop financial analyses, forecasts, and IFRS-compliant statements for multi-country operations and collaborate with local finance teams.

The ideal candidate has 5–15 years in consolidation, audit, or financial reporting, with Big Four exposure and a strong analytical mindset. Relocation flexibility and international experience are valued as we drive global projects.

Formación

• 5–15 years of experience in consolidation, audit, or financial reporting.
• Previous Big Four experience essential, with a focus on corporate finance roles.

Responsabilidades

• Develop financial analyses and forecasting models to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate and develop local finance teams.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure proper application of accounting standards (IFRS).
• Analyze variances and prepare reports for senior management.
• Participate in internal and external audit processes.
• Support continuous improvement of tools, processes, and controls within the department.
• Collaborate on special projects such as integrations, acquisitions, and financial systems.
• Level of responsibility and position will depend on candidate’s previous experience.

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Double Degree preferred.
