Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 12+ years of progressive construction project management experience on large-scale projects.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, and Procore; PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to manage remote projects with strong virtual team coordination.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a proven track record in large-scale projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets and schedules.
• PMP or similar construction-specific project management certification is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage projects entirely remotely, fostering strong virtual team collaboration.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
