Capgemini Invent is seeking consultants to help organizations redesign and automate core processes, spanning discovery to operating model design. You will work where business, operations, data and technology intersect, delivering measurable value through Process Mining, RPA and AI.

The IP&P team focuses on value realization, automation roadmaps and change management across industries, with a mission to improve performance and customer experience. Madrid or Barcelona-based roles are available.

Formación

• 2 to 6 years of experience in business consulting, process transformation, or intelligent automation initiatives.
• Experience across end-to-end business processes such as Finance, Procurement, Customer Operations, HR or Supply Chain.
• Professional fluency in English and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support business process transformation initiatives across multiple industries and functions.
• Conduct process discovery, mapping and AS-IS assessments using workshops, interviews, data analysis, AI tools and process mining techniques.
• Identify process inefficiencies, pain points and automation opportunities across end-to-end processes.
• Design TO-BE processes and target operating models focused on efficiency, scalability and customer experience.
• Define automation opportunities leveraging RPA, BPM, Power Platform, AI and Process Mining.
• Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps and value realization frameworks.
• Facilitate client workshops and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption.
• Support the implementation of transformation initiatives and monitor business outcomes.
• Contribute to proposals, thought leadership and internal IP within the IP&P team.

We are looking for consultants with experience in business process transformation, process discovery, process improvement, automation and operating model design. You will work at the intersection of business, operations, data and technology, helping clients identify inefficiencies, design future-state processes and implement transformation initiatives enabled by Process Mining, Automation and AI.

IP&P Overview:

Our mission is to help organizations continuously improve performance through a combination of process excellence, process intelligence, automation and AI. Our consultants work across the full transformation lifecycle, from process discovery and assessment to target operating model design, automation roadmap definition and value realization. We leverage technologies such as Process Mining, BPM, RPA, Low-Code platforms, Generative AI and Agentic AI to deliver tangible business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and support business process transformation initiatives across multiple industries and functions.
• Conduct process discovery, process mapping and current-state (AS-IS) assessments using workshops, interviews, data análisis, AI tools and process mining techniques.
• Identify process inefficiencies, pain points and automation opportunities across end-to-end business processes.
• Design future-state (TO-BE) processes and target operating models focused on efficiency, scalability and customer experience.
• Define automation opportunities leveraging technologies such as RPA, BPM, Power Platform, AI and Process Mining.
• Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps and value realization frameworks.
• Facilitate client workshops and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption.
• Support the implementation of transformation initiatives and monitor business outcomes.
• Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, internal assets and innovation initiatives within the IP&P team.

What We Are Looking For:

• 2 to 6 years of experience in business consulting, process transformation, operational excellence or intelligent automation initiatives.

Experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Process Transformation
• Process Discovery & Process Mapping
• Business Process Reengineering
• Operational Excellence
• Process Mining
• BPM
• Experience assessing, prioritizing and defining automation opportunities.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Celonis, SAP Signavio, Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism, Appian, Pega, ARIS, Power Platform or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across functions such as Finance, Procurement, Customer Operations, HR or Supply Chain.
• Experience facilitating workshops and interacting with senior business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Professional fluency in English.
