Capgemini Invent is seeking consultants to help organizations redesign and automate core processes, spanning discovery to operating model design. You will work where business, operations, data and technology intersect, delivering measurable value through Process Mining, RPA and AI.

The IP&P team focuses on value realization, automation roadmaps and change management across industries, with a mission to improve performance and customer experience. Madrid or Barcelona-based roles are available.

Formación

• 2 to 6 years of experience in business consulting, process transformation, or intelligent automation initiatives.
• Experience across end-to-end business processes such as Finance, Procurement, Customer Operations, HR or Supply Chain.
• Professional fluency in English and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support business process transformation initiatives across multiple industries and functions.
• Conduct process discovery, mapping and AS-IS assessments using workshops, interviews, data analysis, AI tools and process mining techniques.
• Identify process inefficiencies, pain points and automation opportunities across end-to-end processes.
• Design TO-BE processes and target operating models focused on efficiency, scalability and customer experience.
• Define automation opportunities leveraging RPA, BPM, Power Platform, AI and Process Mining.
• Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps and value realization frameworks.
• Facilitate client workshops and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption.
• Support the implementation of transformation initiatives and monitor business outcomes.
• Contribute to proposals, thought leadership and internal IP within the IP&P team.
