Capgemini Invent, the strategic consulting and digital transformation unit of Capgemini Group, seeks a Consulting Manager to lead industrial transformation initiatives for global clients from Madrid. You will work with a multi-disciplined team, delivering engineering transformation projects and digital models that reimagine manufacturing and R&D processes.

• 6+ years of professional experience in strategic business consulting, especially Industrial Transformation.
• 3+ years leading global teams and programs in international environments.
• Excellent written and oral communication with ability to report to senior and C-levels.
• Proficiency in English (C1); additional languages (French / German) preferred.
• Strong business acumen focused on R&D, industrialization, manufacturing engineering and value chain.

You will be a pivotal member of our Digital Engineering team, delivering key transformational projects that re-invent the complete Engineering and Industrial approach of our global clients.

Role overview:

As part of our Digital Engineering team, you will have the opportunity to work with the largest global companies, worldwide.

You will apply your expertise working collaboratively with WW Capgemini colleagues and our clients, accompanying them in understanding their Industrial business challenges, proposing solutions to tackle them, developing innovative solutions to evolve their business and Digital models, and supporting its landing, while assuring their effectiveness.

The transformational solutions typically cover Industrial strategy, AI-driven solutions effective application, E2E assessments, business processes, functional-operating models, and digital roadmaps definition.

As Consulting Manager, you will bring hands-on experience in Engineering Transformation from business and technological angles. You will have a multi-disciplinary developed profile, with the ability to swiftly adapt yourself to different environments and areas within the Engineering ecosystem.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional experience (previous Strategic Business Consulting experience is required for this role, specially Industrial Transformation)
• 3+ years leading global teams and managing relevant programs and Initiatives (international environments)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and report to senior and C-levels; executive presence
• English: min C1. Proved experience leading initiatives, and collaborating within a multi-cultural, international team. Additional languages preferred (French / German)
• Business acumen (centered in R&D / Industrialization / Manufacturing Engineering + know how of company-wide Value Chain)
• Focused expertise in Engineering organization (R&D and NPDD/NPI areas, preferrable: Manufacturing/Operations Engineering ecosystem)
• Good Knowledge of key transformational levers and trends in Engineering (Portfolio management, Solution D&D, Business process management, Organization optimization, Digital model, Product Lifecycle, Systems Eng.)
• Digital: Functional Digital thread, PLM and environment (ERP, MOM-MES, CPQ, MIS, MasterData; Functional Digital twin: MBE (MBSE, MBM, AR/VR, DMU…); Functional know-how of industrial digital landscape
