Capgemini Invent is seeking a Banking Consultant to join strategic initiatives in the Financial Services domain. You will combine project management with business analysis to deliver Finance transformation initiatives, working with business and technical stakeholders to optimize processes and ensure project delivery.

The role requires collaboration across teams, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English.

Formación

• 3-6 years of experience as a Consultant, Project Manager in Banking Industry or similar role.
• Proven experience managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in process mapping, business process analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes and financial operations.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
