Revolut in Spain seeks a Business Compliance Manager to advise and oversee regulatory risks across investment and trading products within private banking. You will enable innovation while meeting global regulatory expectations.

You’ll review initiatives, guide Product, Operations and Marketing on compliant builds, and manage conduct risk with a focus on MiFID and client communications.

Formación

• Experience in regulatory change management and assessing regulatory impact.
• End-to-end policy, procedure and control design experience.
• Experience approving financial promotions and client communications in regulated environments.
• Expertise in product governance and conduct, including complaints and conflicts of interest.

Responsabilidades

• Reviewing and approving new initiatives and entity expansions.
• Providing strategic guidance to Product, Operations, and Marketing on compliant initiatives.
• Overseeing private banking entities' conduct and internal policy compliance.
• Reviewing and approving financial promotions and client communications.
• Developing and updating global private banking control frameworks to enable safe growth.
