Revolut in Zaragoza, Spain, seeks a Business Compliance Manager (Treasury) to drive regulatory horizon scanning for Treasury, translating EU rules into actionable changes and advising on new treasury products to ensure design-for-compliance.

You will collaborate with Treasury leadership on fixed income activities, including bonds, repos, derivatives, and FX, from a regulatory perspective, while supporting product launches and coordinating with Legal, Compliance and Risk to strengthen controls

Formación

Expertise in treasury, capital markets, or fixed income environments.
Solid understanding of EU banking regulations (EBA, CRR, MiFID, EMIR, SFTR).
Experience advising business teams on compliance or regulatory topics in a first-line or close-to-business role.
Ability to translate regulation into business impact and influence senior stakeholders.
Proven cross-functional collaboration with Treasury, Risk, Legal, or Compliance teams.

Responsabilidades

Own regulatory horizon scanning for Treasury and assess EU regulation impact on activities.
Translate regulatory requirements into actionable changes across treasury operations.
Advise on new treasury products, investments, and third-party onboardings for compliance by design.
Partner with Treasury leadership on fixed income activities (bonds, repos, derivatives, FX) from a regulatory/risk perspective.
Support product launches and group initiatives to ensure regulatory alignment.
Act as liaison between Treasury, Legal, Compliance and Risk teams for aligned decisions.
