Job summary

Revolut Ltd. is seeking a Financial Crime Compliance Manager (Correspondent Banking) to strengthen our second line of defence. You will design and oversee FinCrime controls across partnerships, ensuring regulatory alignment and robust risk management.

You will lead risk assessments, maintain policies, and provide 2LoD support during product launches, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior management to protect our customers and the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial crime across retail and business customers.
• Experience in AML/CTF and sanctions, including KYC, CDD/EDD and SARs.
• Knowledge of correspondent banking and associated risks.
• Understanding of global financial crime frameworks and controls.
• Ability to identify risks and advise on mitigations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test and assure financial crime controls.
• Perform product and enterprise risk assessments for partnerships.
• Maintain and update FinCrime policies.
• Provide oversight for remediation of FinCrime incidents.
• Offer 2LoD support during launches for products and systems.
• Ensure FinCrime considerations in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain training for all employees on financial crime.
• Participate in FinCrime governance committees.
• Establish dashboards to identify areas needing investigation.
• Prepare reports for senior management and boards.
• Escalate high-risk compliance issues.
