Revolut Valencia is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to advise on client asset protection and safeguarding topics, and to help establish and monitor related controls within our growing compliance team.

In this fast-moving digital environment, you will design control processes, provide regulatory guidance across the business, and support risk management, audits, and governance to ensure products stay compliant.

Formación

• 3+ years of safeguarding management in finance, investment firm, consultancy, or regulator.
• Deep knowledge of Delegated Directive (EU) 2017/593 and MiFID II.
• Experience with client asset protection, reconciliations, and risk governance.

Responsabilidades

• Design control processes to ensure client asset protection compliance.
• Provide technical safeguarding guidance to business and support functions.
• Interpret safeguarding regulations for products and services.
• Support risk management and governance with Client Assets Oversight Officer.
• Review client money/custody reconciliations and generate reports.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and safeguarding reviews.
