Revolut is hiring a Regulatory Compliance Manager to safeguard consumer protection and ensure MiFID II, UCITS, and MAR compliance across our investment product and services.

You'll advise the business on compliance topics, establish and monitor related controls, and support operations in launching products that meet regulatory requirements. You’ll work with regulators and internal teams in a fast‑paced, global fintech environment.

Formación

• Clear and practical knowledge of MiFID II, UCITS and MAR.
• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Strong communication and collaboration with regulators and internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Act as regulatory compliance expert for client onboarding, product governance and launches.
• Monitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of our regulatory architecture.
• Drafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies.
• Advising on product launches to ensure full regulatory compliance with local rules.
• Developing and executing a world-class compliance framework and training programme.
• Supporting interactions with regulators.
