Elastic is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead ITDR within Elastic Security, shaping identity threat detection and response across on-prem, cloud, and AI agents. You will own the roadmap for identity security, including non-human and AI identities, and collaborate with threat researchers, data scientists, and engineers.

Formación

• 10+ years in product management or solution delivery for security products such as SIEM/XDR/EDR
• Deep knowledge of identity-based attack techniques and identity fabric (AD, cloud identity, SSO, OAuth)
• Fluent with non-human identities (service accounts, workloads, secrets, AI agents)
• Strong AI/ML understanding (behavioral analytics, anomaly detection, LLMs, agentic systems)
• Bias to action and ability to lead in a remote-first environment
• Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences
• Customer focus and industry trend awareness to solve real-world problems
• Ability to influence across matrixed teams and drive execution

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for ITDR within Elastic Security.
• Model and manage non-human and AI identities, including service accounts, workloads, and agents.
• Collaborate with threat research and detection engineering on identity threats.
• Drive response and containment strategies with automated and human-assisted workflows.
• Engage with enterprise customers to understand identity attack requirements and priorities.
• Work with design to create investigator-friendly identity-centric experiences across SIEM/XDR.
• Develop and evangelize identity capabilities through content and community engagement.
• Stay informed on identity security market trends to shape strategy and offerings.
