Elastic is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) within Elastic Security. You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap to protect identity-based threats across on-prem, cloud, and AI agents, shaping the future of identity security at scale.

You will collaborate with threat researchers, data scientists, and engineers, owning the non-human identity space and driving automated responses while maintaining human oversight.

Formación

• 10+ years in product management or solution delivery for security products such as SIEM, XDR, EDR, identity security, or detection and response.
• Deep knowledge of identity-based attack techniques and the identity fabric (Active Directory, cloud identity providers, SSO, OAuth, privileged access).
• Fluent with non-human identities: service accounts, workloads, secrets, and AI agents.
• Strong AI/ML fluency and ability to work with data scientists and engineers, treating AI agents as both subjects and tools.
• Bias to action with fast experimentation and use of AI tools to accelerate decisions.
• Proven ability to lead across a matrixed, remote-first organization.
• Excellent spoken and written communication for technical and executive audiences.
• Customer-obsessed with a focus on defense against identity-based threats.

Responsabilidades

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for a credible ITDR function within Elastic Security.
• Plan non-human and AI agent identities and their lifecycle, including behavior standards and ownership.
• Collaborate with threat research and detection engineering on identity-specific threats.
• Drive the response and containment strategy with identity-system integrations and automated actions.
• Engage with enterprise customers to understand requirements and priority product needs.
• Partner with design to build identity-focused investigation and response experiences.
• Stay informed on identity-security market trends to shape strategy and messaging.
• Evangelize Elastic's identity capabilities through content for blogs, talks, and community events.
