Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Product Manager to lead self-service cloud growth, focusing on onboarding and trial experiences to drive successful adoption of Elastic Cloud. You will shape the vision, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and translate customer feedback into features that accelerate activation and retention.

You’ll partner with Sales & Marketing, work with global, asynchronously aligned teams, and own data-driven decisions that improve trial experiences

Formación

• 4+ years of Product Management experience with deep technical products.
• Strong background and experience with Product Led Growth.
• Experience with self-service cloud services, having shipped products that provide self-service trials.
• Data-driven approach to product decisions, with experience in product adoption and analysis.
• Strong communication skills, capable of cross function collaborations and alignment.
• Experience with globally distributed teams and asynchronous collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Define the vision and roadmap for self service cloud growth, encompassing: onboarding and trial experience, product features adoption and trial activation, customer interviews and churn analysis, product engagement analytics and email nurturing.
• Partnering with engineering leads to prioritizing technical investments and establishing realistic delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with downstream Elastic solution teams (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) to understand their specific onboarding flows and trial experience.
• Drive technical decision-making regarding onboarding, activation, expansion and retention of self-service customers.
• Interface with customers and trial users to gather feedback on trial experience.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on competitive positioning and brand awareness.
• Drive native integrations with 3rd party developers platforms.
