Elastic seeks a Principal Product Manager for Elastic Security, to own strategic enterprise relationships and translate customer needs into coherent product directions across multiple areas.

You will lead the enhancement request pipeline, partner with product and engineering, and influence roadmaps while maintaining strong executive engagement; this role is remote-first with travel up to 50% to major accounts.

Formación

• 7–10 years of product management experience with at least 4 years in B2B enterprise software.
• Hands-on security operations knowledge: SIEM, SOAR, XDR or related platforms.
• Experience running structured enhancement request pipelines across multiple enterprise accounts.
• Executive presence with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• Technical credibility; ability to write specs engineers can act on and assess feasibility.

Responsabilidades

• Own the enhancement request pipeline across multiple strategic enterprise accounts.
• Translate customer requirements into shipped products and a coherent product direction.
• Shape patterns into formal partnerships for design and broader market impact.
• Feed validated customer patterns into core product roadmaps.
• Serve as the primary product voice in meetings with senior stakeholders; communicate roadmaps and deprioritizations.
