Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Senior Manager for the Elastic Security Endpoint Protections team. You will lead a globally distributed engineering group, shape the roadmap for on‑device ML and protection engines, and mentor researchers across Windows, macOS, and Linux.

You bring hands‑on security research background, OS internals expertise, and a track record of growing engineers in a distributed setting. You thrive on collaboration and delivering impactful security improvements.

Formación

• Demonstrated hands-on security research before moving into leadership.
• Experience analyzing attacker TTPs and shipping protections at scale.
• Deep OS internals knowledge in kernel and user mode, esp. Windows.
• Hands-on reverse engineering and malware analysis experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and grow a world-class engineering team across endpoint internals, prevention, and ML.
• Own the roadmap and drive delivery for visibility and protection engines across millions of endpoints.
• Connect team work to Elastic Security and unlock new detection capabilities.
• Direct the team's ML work: data quality, model development, telemetry features.
• Drive cross-platform protection parity across Windows, macOS, Linux.
• Represent the team externally through conferences and security publications.
