Zynga seeks a Principal Data Analyst for its Analytics team to partner with game teams, shaping data-driven product strategies that boost player engagement and growth. You will blend deep quantitative work with business acumen and help elevate analytics standards across the company.

You will mentor analysts, create compelling dashboards, and lead cross-functional initiatives while advancing data-informed decision-making and data culture across Zynga.

Formación

• Experience in analytics or data science roles, ideally in gaming, mobile apps, or digital products.
• Strong business sense and product intuition; you understand how to prioritize what matters most.
• Solid experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and experimentation design.
• Strong background in applied statistics; experience with Bayesian methods is a plus.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python for data exploration and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience working with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar.
• Experience mentoring or leading other analysts is a big plus.
• Fast learner, highly meticulous, proactive, and pragmatic.

Responsabilidades

• Shape data-driven game strategies and influence product roadmaps.
• Analyze player behavior, economy trends, and product performance.
• Design A/B tests and build predictive models (e.g., churn, LTV, segmentation).
• Mentor analysts and present insights to senior leadership with dashboards.
