Ideal candidates will have a strong background in analytics with expertise in A/B testing and experience in gaming or mobile apps. The role includes mentoring analysts and promoting a culture of data-informed decision-making.

Formación

• Experience in analytics or data science roles, ideally in gaming or mobile apps.
• Strong business sense and product intuition to prioritize effectively.
• Solid experience with A/B testing and experimentation design.
• Background in applied statistics; Bayesian methods experience is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
