Factorial is hiring a Pricing & Packaging Specialist to scale how we price, package and monetize our products globally. You will own analytics, reporting and project coordination, building dashboards, running pricing analyses, and coordinating with Product, Finance, RevOps and Customer teams to drive top-line growth.

You’ll work with large data volumes, perform scenario modelling and price elasticity studies, and translate pricing data into clear updates for leadership and stakeholders.

Formación

• 2–3 years in pricing or revenue analytics, ideally SaaS.
• Experience handling large data with accuracy.
• Strong ability to build dashboards from scratch.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish, French, Italian or German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain pricing dashboards across markets and segments.
• Query large datasets with SQL and transform into decision-ready analysis.
• Run pricing analyses like elasticity, bundles, win/loss, and GTM launches.
• Monitor KPIs and flag trends to leadership.
• Coordinate pricing changes across Product, Finance, RevOps and Customer teams.
• Prepare status reports for leadership.
