Factorial is seeking a CRM & Growth Specialist to build and scale the growth engine across new markets. You’ll own lead lifecycle, design automated journeys, and collaborate with teams to turn ideas into scalable growth. The role emphasizes automation, AI, and CRM optimization in a fast‑growing, international context.

You’ll work closely with the Global Expansion team in Barcelona to craft processes from scratch, measure impact, and drive pipeline and revenue outcomes through smart CRM solutions.

Formación

• 2–4 years in CRM, Growth Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Operations or similar revenue‑focused role.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.
• Strong HubSpot experience with Workflows, Lists, Emails, Campaigns, Properties, Reports, Deal Management.

Responsabilidades

• Own lead lifecycle and nurturing strategies to move prospects from first touch to sales opportunity and beyond.
• Build and optimise workflows, automations, lists, campaigns and other CRM assets for scaled execution.
• Identify manual/inefficient processes and automate them using tech, AI, and smart CRM solutions.
• Design segmentation and targeting based on ICP, market maturity, buyer behaviour, source, channel and priorities.
• Build new processes from scratch where no playbook exists and turn experiments into scalable practices.
• Track and analyse CRM performance linking activities to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Continuously experiment and optimise campaigns and customer journeys based on data.
