Elastic is seeking a Solution Architect (pre-sales) to partner with customers and Inside Sales to design and optimize Elastic Stack deployments, guiding architecture decisions and best practices across deployment scenarios.

You will conduct discovery, craft architectures for search, observability and security, deliver demos and PoCs, and help with planning, scaling, and integration in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP). Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• Solid understanding of distributed systems and data indexing/search.
• Experience in a technical customer-facing role.
• Ability to map business needs to technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with account teams to understand customer requirements.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and solution workshops.
• Design architectures for search, observability, and security use cases.
• Deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
• Assist with deployment planning and configuration.
• Provide guidance on scaling, performance tuning, and security.
• Document solutions and share technical knowledge internally and externally.
