Elasticsearch B.V. is seeking a Solution Architect (Pre-sales) to help customers design, implement, and optimize solutions using the Elastic Stack. You will work with Inside Sales to guide architecture decisions, deployment strategies, and best practices.

In this role you will collaborate with account teams, run technical discovery sessions, design architectures for search, observability, and security, deliver demos, and support deployment planning. Fluent English required.

Formación

• Solid understanding of distributed systems and data indexing/search.
• Experience in a technical customer-facing role.
• Ability to map business needs to technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with account teams to understand customer requirements.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and solution workshops.
• Design architectures for search, observability, and security use cases.
• Deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
• Assist with deployment planning and configuration.
• Provide guidance on scaling, performance tuning, and security.
• Document solutions and share technical knowledge internally and externally.
