Zubi Group in Spain is launching a Cleantech/Deeptech spin-off focused on stationary energy storage. We seek a visionary Pre-CEO to validate value proposition, define the business model, perform market discovery, and structure fundraising.

After 12 months and milestones, the role evolves into the full-time CEO with equity participation. Ideal candidates have a proven track record in energy startups, strong leadership, and experience securing private and non-dilutive capital, plus the ability to

Formación

• Proven track record in business creation or spin-offs in energy/cleantech.
• Academic background in engineering, chemistry, physics, or related STEM fields.
• Experience securing venture capital and non-dilutive funding.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the company vision, go-to-market strategy, and long-term goals.
• Establish and negotiate strategic partnerships with industry players and researchers.
• Conduct market discovery and shape the product configuration for market fit.
• Collaborate with the scientific team to align KPIs with market needs.
• Oversee budgets, business modeling, and fundraising strategy including grants and VC.
