Zusammenfassung

IBEC in Barcelona seeks a Funding Officer to manage post-award administrative tasks and financial reporting for research projects. You will support researchers and project managers, ensuring compliance with funders and internal requirements.

You will work closely with the Funding Coordinator, monitor project budgets, handle reporting for fellowships and Horizon Europe, and maintain the project database using SAP. This is a full-time position to join the Projects Office in Barcelona.

Qualifikationen

• Experience: 1-2 years in a post-award management position.
• Education: Degree in Legal, Financial or Administrative studies.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Languages: Full command of Spanish and Catalan; intermediate English.
• Competences: excellent communication, teamwork, proactivity, attention to detail, planning and organizational skills.
